Off-season training to maintain and prepare your athlete for the season ahead.  This introduction session will highlight what we have in store for our off-season programming.  Training focuses on injury prevention, strength, movement efficiency & power in a progressed program based on advanced athleticism & larger work capacity.  Ripped Performance offers a personal and high intensity atmosphere with professional trainers that work to elevate your players fitness level to prepare for the upcoming season.

June 18 - 21, 2018  Four Session Program

10 - 11:30am

Evergreen Sportsplex Leesburg, VA

1:30 - 3pm

 

Football focused training to enhance and sharpen technique and skill sets of your player.  This 4 session camp will provide training needed to maintain in-season athleticism and ability needed for success on the field of play.  The final day of camp will be a combine to measure and assess the athletic metrics of each player.

July 16-19 at Evergreen Sportsplex in Leesburg, VA

7U - 10U: 9-10:30am

11U - 13U: 11:30am-1pm

 

 

 

It is important to improve foot speed, quickness, speed changes, and directional change.  Each of these skills enhances athletic performance.  A solid foundation of athletic abilities and motor skills allows the athlete to develop sport specific skills in a balanced and healthy way.  Once a player establishes a foundation, they can enjoy their physical activity and progress in their sport as far as they choose to go.
